Who

Transit Express is the driver app and the public trip page at t15x.com. The address for this notice is contact@t15x.com.

The driver

You sign in with a phone number and a code by text. We keep that number with the account. There is no password.

A trip keeps its name, a departure date if you set one, and whether it is active or archived. A check-in keeps the status you pick, the place you type, a note if you add one, and the time.

The app can ask for the phone’s location while you are using it, so a check-in place can start from where you are. What we save is the place text on that check-in. We do not follow the phone in the background, and we do not draw a live route.

The public link

Each trip has one link. Anyone with the link can open that trip in a browser: the name, the date, the check-ins, and a way to reach you on WhatsApp or by text. They do not get an account, and they do not see your other trips. If you send the link, they can forward it.

The community list

The form on this site asks for an email. We use it to write back about the community. It is not added to the driver account.

Visits

The home page and the fare page do not load a tracker. This site remembers the language you pick on this browser.

The driver app and the public trip page record product visits with PostHog, hosted in the EU. In the app, that record is tied to the account id, not the phone number. It does not include the trip name, the link, the place, or the note. On a trip page, the visit includes the page address. A tap on WhatsApp or text is recorded as the channel, not the number.

Who holds the data

Supabase holds the accounts, trips, and check-ins, and sends the sign-in text. Netlify hosts this site and stores community emails. PostHog, in the EU, holds the visit records. Apple and Google handle an install from their stores under their own rules.

How long

Trips and check-ins stay while the account exists. In the app you can delete a check-in, archive or delete a trip, and delete the account from Compte. Deleting the account removes the phone number, the trips, and the check-ins. A community email stays until you ask us to remove it.

Your request

Write to contact@t15x.com. Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. If you are in the EU or the EEA, you can also complain to the data authority where you live.

Children

Transit Express is for drivers and for the people waiting on a load. It is not directed at children.

Changes

This page is the current notice. The date above changes when the notice changes.
